March 3, 2008, 11:35am (report abuse)I agree with Chris, why focus our efforts on just one topic when there is a website out there already doing the job for the rest of the world as well. It seems like a waste of energy and tax payers dollers.

March 3, 2008, 7:07pm (report abuse)This expands a bill that has been lax in enforcement. It does no good to pass laws and increase the bureaucracy when existing laws are not enforced.
