S. 2029, The Physician Payments Sunshine Act of 2007 (1 comment ↓)
S. 2029 would amend title XI of the Social Security Act to provide for transparency in the relationship between physicians and manufacturers of drugs, devices, or medical supplies for which payment is made under Medicare, Medicaid, or SCHIP.

How will the information be presented? There are many physicians with similar names and is there a system in place to insure that information is not applied incorrectly to others. Plus, what will the information really say?
