June 7, 2007, 2:16pm (report abuse)This bill is essential in restoring respect for the U.S. legal system, and is an important first step in addressing the indefinite imprisonment of Guantanamo detainees, some of whom have been held over five years without word on their future (not to mention the torture they face as a result of this imprisonment).

I guess our nation will go on living hypocritically.
