This is wonderful, and should have been passed during the first Bush administration during the Gulf War. Our military has become privatized and those companies are making billions off the blood of innocent civilians and American soldiers.

It is sad that this isn't a given. It is sad that we have to pass a law to keep our government from going to war to boost corporate profits. It is also sad that they will certainly find a way around it. The military-industrial complex at its finest.

If you read it it limits penalty to $1 million fine and/or 20 years prison time. A million bucks? That's chump change compared to what many of those fat cats are making.
