August 13, 2007, 11:32am (report abuse)Talk about shafting the medicare recipients. If a person on medicare with an existing plan wants to switch to a lass expensive plan, he or she is stuck with the more expensive plan for at least the end of the year. As usual, Congress is "saving" money at the expense of seniors. What this is really about is the liberals getting rid of anything giving people a choice between traditional medicare and something better.
