P.L. 110-24, The Judicial Disclosure Responsibility Act (1 comment ↓)
H.R. 1130 would amend the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 to extend the authority to withhold from public availability a financial disclosure report filed by an individual who is a judicial officer or judicial employee, to the extent necessary to protect the safety of that individual or a family member of that individual.

There should be many comments to this bill.
Congressional Acts have gone to great lengths to assure Judicial members are loyal to oath of office before monetary considerations.
Great caution should be given to any endeavor which seeks to make Judicial members a "secret" society!
