Madge

We can cover this country with industrial machines, wind turbines standing 400 to 500 foot tall and it will not make but a drop in the bucket. The government knows the truth they are again bowing to preasure from the 'greenies'. Stop destroying peoples lives!

Jim Prall

Oh come on. Wind turbines do not "destroy people's lives" -- but coal-burning emissions actually do! Look at the link between coal, smog, and asthma deaths and hospital visits.
An RPS is a simple, proven way to allow safe, renewable energy sources including solar panels to get a foot-hold in the electricity grid. Solar is coming of age and will soon be very competitive. Wind power is already working fine--and not killing anyone.
