J. L. Bell, Jr., USMC Ret
This bill should be passed into law whatever the process. The Sec/Nav Retiree Council USMC Reps should be ashamed, especially lstSgt Larry Woods. No one in the military gets retired pay in advance! To reclaim the last month's pay is stealing to put it bluntly. This bill would also apply to social security and civil service employees just to mention a few. Pass this bill; it will benefit ALL vets! DAV, where are you hiding?
