July 17, 2008, 4:43pm (report abuse)Approximately 2/3 of the US armed forces during WWII were drafted. How's that for irony. Our government enslaves ten million of its own citizens to be used as cannon fodder, but is now shedding crocodile tears for the few left who were re-enslaved by the Japanese.
