H.R. 5984 would amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for the limited continuation of clean energy production incentives and incentives to improve energy efficiency in order to prevent a downturn in these sectors that would result from a lapse in the tax law.

I agreee with Mike. If we needed it then, we need more now - especially in the NE where oil is the home heating fuel of choice.
