August 5, 2008, 6:09pm (report abuse)This bill should be debated and passed. Only a normal person would be in battle and return unaffected. To administratively deny veterans the right to own a firearm is WRONG. It is a right that should only be taken away in a judicial proceeding with the chance for legal representation.
