July 28, 2008, 1:01pm (report abuse)IMHO, it's a gross subversion of the 1st Amendment to enforce court judgements of libel based on anti-free speech laws of the United Kingdom or any other foreign country. Since the no votes are in majority, I'd be most curious to know the rationale for not supporting the bill.
