American bears are being poached so that their gall bladders can be used to make useless over-the-counter medicines when pharmaceutical grade alternatives are readily available. This bill will eliminate the patchwork of unenforceable state laws & create a solid ban on trafficking in bear gall bladders. For more information, go to www.bearbilefacts.org

I believe the Federal Government needs to act NOW. Stop the slaughtering of bear being poached.
