April 23, 2008, 12:47pm (report abuse)Since I live 4 miles from the Mexico border, I would like to make sure that the gov't consider everything that this bill may cause. I don't watch that much tv, but I would like to be able to continue to watch it any time. Please keep me informed about this new requirement and how it might affect me.
