July 7, 2008, 7:23pm (report abuse)Is thi not the road to a globalization flat tax? Are we supposed to believe this is our tax savior? I have read that this is one of the steps toward globalizing the US economy by giving the Federal Reserve to control all the banks thus giving them total control over the US economy. Stalin would be proud.
