H.R. 3708, The American Family Farm and Ranchland Protection Act (1 comment ↓)

H.R. 3708 would amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase the limitations on the amount excluded from the gross estate with respect to land subject to a qualified conservation easement.

This bill is great as we need more land to be preserved!!! It is a shame that farms have to be sold just to pay estate taxes!
