This bill would be a lifeline to those long retired employees trying to live in the run-a-way economy of the Washington, D.C. suburbs on their pensions.

What a great opportunity for someone with the knowledge and know how to work on a part time basis. No training required! What a money saver.......

This would provide this opportunity to the smaller agencies who do not have the current special authority in this area, nor the HR expertise to navigate through the red-tape to take advantage of these economies to agency workload.
