The positive proactive changes that can come from this bill would make schools stronger by using data as part of the RTI process and to meet students needs.

No government education program can fill the void left by poor, absent parenting. Without addressing the problem at its core - parents who do not value the free education given to their children and who do not raise them to respect their teachers and do their work - we as taxpayers simply throw good money away. Programs like these, on the city, state and national level, have been around for years and still the same behavioral problems persist, for the simple reason that the government cannot replace the role of the parent. I have seen first-hand the effect of the lackadaisical attitudes of parents in the inner city; despite their children attending well-funded public charter schools with small classes and young teachers eager to make a difference, the children still underperform because at home, their mothers are not involved, do not hold their children accountable, and instead yell at the teachers when their children fail. Better to spend the money educating the parents!

Goverment education programs sure can make a positive diffrence in our childrens lives of all walks of life, Positive reinforcement in school promotes self worth, self control, self discipline,if a child does not recieve this at home we as people will do all we can to make a significent positive diffrence in our childrens lives in Schools..educate the teachers with knowledge and understanding for both Parents and Children treating them as a whole.Negative circumstances are oppurtunitys to make a positive diffrence in our lives, If parents dont have the tools why must the childen have to suffer for it,it's not an option to give up hope for these children..it's a choice I chose Hope.we as taxpayers simply invest into the future of our children, this isin't about pointing fingers and judging it's about doing what is right and just for Our children to be succesful and productive in a positve manner,Children dont care how much you know andtill they know how much you care.
