September 5, 2008, 12:28pm (report abuse)I have great concern in that this bill may require your child to have a mental analysis annually and can be prescribed mandatory medications. Also, this bill may require mandatory vaccinations annually for the children attending these preschools. Please evaluate this bill critically before you vote on it. We do not want the gov't telling us when we must medicate and vaccinate our children.
