Detailed Summary
Alien Smuggling Criminal Enterprise Deterrence Act of 2007 - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to impose a fine and prison term of 10 years to life for engaging in an alien smuggling criminal enterprise.
Deems a person as engaging in such an enterprise if such person commits three or more violations of the prohibition against bringing in or harboring illegal aliens with three or more other persons and is an organizer, supervisor, or manager with respect to such violations. Increases the prison term to 20 years to life if any violations involve aliens under the age of 18.
