Transport Aircraft Fuel Tank Safety Act of 2007 - Directs the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to: (1) finalize and implement the proposed FAA rule regarding the reduction of fuel tank flammability in transport category airplanes; (2) take necessary action to ensure that operators and manufacturers of airplanes take appropriate action to comply with such rule; and (3) conduct a study, and report to Congress, on ways to improve the safety and reduce the flammability of fuel tanks that are located on the wings of airplanes.
