My daughter entered college in 2007, however, she became pregnant and had to drop out. She is now attending another college(Vatterott college). The former college(National American University) charged my daughter for classes she did not attend. I would like my daughter to get a hardship for those fees. My GI bill is paying for it. I would like for the money to be spent on schooling, for which it is for and not penalties that she had no control over.
