Why don't we just rename this bill "The Universal Right to Commit Voter Fraud Act"? The party rep (volunteer?!?) brings the ballot to your house then hovers over you while he watches you vote. No problems there, right? Good grief, Congress, we are not stupid. No, No and H*ll NO!

It would not work. To much Fraud in
our voting system. We need to have a system that will let us know or vote counts. We need to count all
states. in 2008
