January 11, 2007, 3:34pm (report abuse)It is ridiculous to try to claim that somebody else's mental capacity is less than 18 (13 is the true age of adulthood, but that's beside the point). Of course, nobody can see how stupid this is, because we're so used to thinking this stupidly.
