A positive and constructive step towards implementing interoperable (computers that talk to one another) & secure safe from hackers, disasters or unauthorized users,) IT solutions for America's health care stakeholders: public & private sectors, healthcare providers, payers, and above all patients. This will hopefully receive bi-partisan support.
