THis bill is detrimental to the individual of wind energy. Farmers and the like will require approval from just about every bureaucrat in DC. It will choke the life out of the future of wind energy and leave the electric and oil comapnies sitting pretty.

This bill is a big step back for states rights, the rights of individual landowners and the lower energy bills that competition creates. It will effectively halt the wind industry with the requirement to get Fish and Game approval for all wind projects, something the department has neither the staff or resources to fulfill.

Part D seems to discourage wind power which is free energy. I'm more concerned that the bird food we buy from China is killing more birds than all the wind turbines we could build.
