Foreign students come to U.S. universities as superbly prepared scholars, where they are often accepted over their U.S. counterparts into highly competitive graduate programs where they excel in math, engineering, science and technology. It is imperative for public school K-12 curriculum be brought up to the same excellent standards as our foreign counterparts.
