Im a recreational miner/rockhounder, and It sure is funny how much garbage I have picked up that has been left behind by other campers,
Hunters and even Hikers. They all looooove the environment but cant pick up their ciggarette butts, beer cans, or shotgun shells. Funny isnt ? We dig a little hole sift through some dirt and pick up your garbage and we are the bad guys...I find that funny..

im a small scale miner and i object the thought of anyone changing or modifying the 1872 mining laws! you legislators raped our social security funds and NEVER pay it back, now you want to RAPE or constitutional right to mine! what are you thinking????
