H.R. 1856, The Palestinian Anti-Terrorism Act Amendments of 2007

H.R. 1856 would amend the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 and the Palestinian Anti-Terrorism Act of 2006 to further promote the development of democratic institutions in areas under the administrative control of the Palestinian Authority.
