United states is growing in its population, we need to hire more teachers, schools counselors, psychologists and social workers to meet the growing population

The only concern I have relates to "matching" grants. Our school really needs more assistance, but we can't possibly match the grant money. We also would be responsible to pay for insurance and I don't know what we will do when the grant runs out.
