this is a good bill. For the company that I work in northwood IA would not let respond to fire and rescue calls for the longest times without punishment

this bill should become law for the right of the volunteers that would give their lives to save someones house or life, but feel that they might get a point (attendance policy 8 points and your terminated)from there employer and possible loose their job do they (volunteers) have to turn away from either a burning house or a medical call because they fear loosing their job?the company that I work for ConAgra foods feels that you should be at work. They feel that it is more important to run there machines than to serve the community I feel someones live is more important that 1 day or part of a day missed. I would hate to tell someone that there house cannot be saved because I have to get to work on time. Please ask your representitive to get this bill passed. Thanks

The iddea is great but it is incomplete. I have a job that punishes you anyway. Prove why they fired you. Even better if they want you to quit they starve you. No raise because you took time off to help youre community.
