We've seen this before. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comics_Code_Authority It sucked - it set the comic book industry back nearly twenty years. *AND* it was self imposed. Let's learn from that mistake, shall we?

Is it fair to compare this to comic books? Real-time, immersive video games are a very different experience which may create different issues for children in particular. Let's get some research before we decide, either way.
