This is a legitimate treatment which currently helps thousands of people. Why should it not be included for coverage.

The United States seems to be the most retarded country in the face of the globe. Why is a time honored
& cure oriented practice not covered???

Availablility of acupuncture would improve status of healthcare in the US for millions of Americans and coincidentally lower overall healthcare costs to insurance providers. Personally my health has been greatly impacted/improved by acupunture which resolved health complications woefully managed by traditional Western medicine. Do we not want to improve healthcare and reduce costs? Eliminate wasteful testing, frequent hospital/doctor visits, and high cost prescription drugs for those who find health benefits in acupuncture. Great savings would be accomplished by providing this service especially to the baby boomers!
