June 24, 2007, 2:13am (report abuse)My son who just turned 40 is bipoler and an addict..I have spend over half of what money I have made in the doctor care and mental help I needed to fight his depression..everyday is a fight to stay on the right meds and the right road..this bill will help in the care and is so needed to help make ends meet.
