May 28, 2008, 11:08am (report abuse)I was on board USS FRANK E EVANS DD 754,on June 3 1969 when we lost 74 shipmates in a at sea collision. Because we were just outside the immaninary combat zone line these sailiors who gave their all for their country are not on the Vietnam Wall in Washington DC. I think it is shamefull that the Department of Defense has not looked into this accident and revised the eligibility requiremnts to add their names to the wall
