H. J. Res. 53, The Constitutional War Powers Amendments of 2007

H. J. Res. 53 would amend the War Powers Resolution to ensure the collective judgment of both the Congress and the President will apply to the initiation of hostilities by the Armed Forces, the continued use of the Armed Forces in hostilities, and the participation of the Armed Forces in military operations of the United Nations.
