S. 251 would authorize the Bureau of Reclamation to participate in a water management feasibility study of the Little Butte and Bear Creek watersheds in Medford, Oregon. The study would identify ways to meet future water supply needs and to improve water quality, as well as water conservation and storage measures. S. 251 would authorize the appropriation of funds for this study.
