H.J. Res. 75 makes continuing appropriations for FY2006. It provides funding until the earliest of: (1) enactment of an appropriation for any project or activity provided for in this joint resolution; (2) enactment of the applicable appropriations Act by both Houses without any provision for such project or activity; or (3) December 31, 2005 and it authorizes continuation of other specified activities (including activities for entitlements and other mandatory payments) through such date.
