July 5, 2006, 12:05pm (report abuse)The nanny state marches on stealing money from "We the People" and instead of labeling this communism I shall call it fascism (all fall under collectivism I believe). This money will end up in the hands of Monsanto, ADM, Exxon and other corporate creatures.
