With 14 million Americans looking for jobs but unable to find one it is reprehensible that Congress would pass any bill adding more Green Cards to the 1,000,000+ that we hand out each year. Our immigration policy makes any environmental or economic policies utterly futile. The passage of this bill could only be considered reasonable if there were offsets from other categories of VISAs....

My Partner is from Costa Rica. He and I have been waiting for this for 22 years. We are fortunate that we have been able to make the travel between countries work. However, it will be a major breakthrough justice and fairness when we can enjoy the same rights as any other bi-national couple. PLease write to congress to urge passage of this important legislation....

It is time this bill was passed. This is one step closer to gaining equality for all Americans. I feel very strongly about this bill and think it will only make a stronger nation. This country is about justice for all. The basic human right to love and be with the one that loves you is what this is about. I think that is what were all wanting in life, so please pass this bill and let our President sign it into law....
