In addition, you can get the Army field manual online and read what it does and does not allow. In effect, giving our enemies a training course in how to subvert these techniques and withhold vital information. This bill is stupid if it is passed and will in effect put us at a bigger disadvantage in the war against terror and gaining information that could actually DO SOME GOOD.
