&lt;p&gt;Amends the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1994 and 1995 to provide for U.S. payments for 2005-2008 U.N. peacekeeping operations at 27.1%. (Current law provides for a 25% payment rate.)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;(Amends the Department of State and Related Agency Appropriations Act, 2005 to repeal the provision providing for 2005 payments at 27.1%.)&lt;/p&gt;
