<description>criminalsearches is a great site, but I would say still do your other checks on other sites. Some time it doesn’t show the guy I am looking for, and the state has a record for him a mile long. Sometimes it gives me things the state doesn’t, so it is worth using....</description>

<description>So if we are to believe the Second Amendment's verbiage, &quot;the right of the people&quot; does not apply to citizens' rights, does that also mean &quot;the right of the people&quot; verbiage in the first and fourth amendments (and elsewhere in the Bill of Rights) also don't apply to citizens' rights?

Our Founding Fathers meant exactly what they wrote in the Constitution and Bill of Rights; with the intent of protecting us from political agendas and petty tyrants/movements....</description>
