<description>No. This technology does not deserve taxpayer subsidies. If it is economical, it should pay for itself. And we know that it is harmful to the environment.

I think that all energy subsidies should be repealed and we should rely on a free market while enforcing strict enviromental laws. The government should not meddle in the market, except with regard to the environment....</description>
