<description>Wait. The current Administration had in their hands a Document on the immanent terrorist threat prior to 9/11 and they did NOTHING. 
Maybe we should spend $150 dollars for the &quot;Hooked on Phonics&quot; reading course.  Forget tapping phones....</description>

<description>With this protection act in place there are far too many other invasions of rights going on.  I do hope that sometime in the near future that our millitary will be able to act upon protecting us without a bill that invades our privacy.  Seems a bit much to want to extend this bill.  Why????...</description>
