Our young adults need this kind of guidance when it comes to fire safety. At that age many students believe they are immune to common household accidents. Those 7 students who died in NC last summer might have been here today if they had spriklers or at least fire ladders. Permanent Fire Ladders are so important for a secondary means of escape, even with sprinklers. I have 3 in my house, and I can't imagine having to wait for the FD to come and rescue me, when I know I will need them to help get my dog out. What happens if no one calls the FD?
