I can not get a fair threatment for a well paid job because this disqualify me from getting a decent well paid job. And then they want me to make miracles to pay. How can I pay if I can not get a decent job? I agree that there is some non-custodian parents that do not care for their kids but this is just a 10%, not all of us. Lets be realistic, give us the chance to overcome. If we can not get a job, How do you expect us to pay?
