Requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Director of OCPH, to carry out public health activities for individuals who are: (1) employed in the field of corrections as employees in federal, state, or local penal or correctional institutions; (2) incarcerated in such institutions; (3) employed as parole or probation officers; or (4) under parole or probation supervision.
