&lt;p&gt;Bring Our Children Home Act - Amends the Missing Children's Assistance Act to expand the definition of &amp;amp;quot;missing child.&amp;amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Requires the Attorney General to provide state and local law enforcement agencies with information for locating a child from a foreign country who has been abducted and is believed to be in the United States.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Amends the Crime Control Act of 1990 to require state missing children reports to include a statement specifying whether a missing child is believed to have been taken outside of the United States.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Amends the International Child Abduction Remedies Act to provide funding for legal and technical assistance and training relating to international child abduction.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Amends the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to require the Secretary of State to report to Congress on the efforts of foreign countries to prohibit international child abduction.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Requires the Secretary of Transportation to study and report to Congress on the cooperation of domestic and foreign airlines with the investigation of international child abduction cases.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Authorizes additional funds for the investigation and prosecution of international parental kidnapping and for the extradition of individuals from foreign countries to the United States for violations of child abduction laws.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Establishes a grant program to reimburse travel costs related to the return of abducted children to the United States.&lt;/p&gt;
