<description>I see a 60% 40% split. It absolutely startling how anyone could possibly be against a bill that encourages education and a tax break. What I'm most curious about are the ideals of the people who are against the bill. I am 100% in favor of this bill and since there is a comment section here, I'd love to hear what other people are thinking about this....</description>
